SERVICE ONE is a mutual financial services organisation and as such is owned by our Members, each one of whom is a shareholder. Therefore, when opening an account you must also become a Member.
The value of the deposit required varies with each account. Please refer to the information on each of our savings and investment products or contact one of our friendly staff who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
You can manage your accounts and pay your bills online, through Branch service, by cheque book - or any combination that suits you.
Our eLink (Internet) and phoneLink (telephone) banking services give you access to your accounts around the clock, every day of the year. This includes:
SERVICE ONE will show you how to manage your accounts with minimal fees. For example, we don't charge any fees for deposits, and if your average balance for the month is greater than $1,000 you will not be charged the Membership Service Fee.
Your savings and loan balances with SERVICE ONE also contribute to your Average Relationship Balance, and this is used to calculate your eligibility for free withdrawals per month.
You can arrange to make deposits to your account either by Direct Credit of payroll or other income, transfer from another savings or transaction account, Internet or telephone banking transfer, over the counter at one of our Branches or at any Australia Post oulet that offers the Bank@Post facility. Statements are issued monthly or six monthly. Duplicate statements can be requested at any time from one of our Branches.
Account balances and statements are also available through our eLink and phoneLink banking services.
